The Ark Lift, was inspired to find a better way to prevent homes from flooding when his friend’s home flooded a second time. The cost to lift the foundation, remediate the home and renovate the flooded interior was shocking and put his friend into financial distress. Unfortunately this happens too often in the Houston area and in many other areas throughout the country.

The Ark Lift protects homes from future flooding while creating a beautiful new healthy living area. It is the only house lifting method where the previously flooded portion of the home is converted to a crawl space and the foundation is left untouched.
